good room, terrible hosts Positive: good room as shown in the pics Negative: terrible host, unlike other azure apartments, they required a 2000p deposit. when asked about extension they charged 1000p an HOUR, where others charge 250. when asked the price for a day extension they tried charging 450pesos more than offered in bookings.com. they were NOT accommodating at all. 2 instances first they did not allow me to talk to the owner about the deposit as she is “abroad”. 2nd instance is that when i asked for my deposit to be refunded via gcash, they agreed but when the time comes, they went back on their word. overall a good room, but with absolutely terrible hosts.

We really enjoy our stay and very convenient to everything. Positive: The place is clean and we really enjoy our stay. Near to S&R and SM.

Positive: The aesthetics arethesame as per the photo. The room size can be similar to a hotel suite. The guides to room access are easy to follow. Customer service support is efficient. The pricing is good compared to others in the same building. There is also a good wifi connection, if that is important to you. Many plus points. Negative: There is quite a bit of guidelines and after keep to follow, which is a difference with hotel conveniences. I suppose its expected with this type of accommodations. All are manageable. There are also a few reminders on penalties, a bit of a turn off to us.

Positive: Everything would have been better if pool was open. Negative: The renovation of pool areas not accessible to the people staying.
